Location was perfect close to restaurants and shops, stuff where informative, everything was clean throughout. Lovely big bedrooms and comfy beds.

Cosy venue, great bar area, ideal location close to everything. Welcoming and non-smoking units with clean quilted bedding.

Staff were accurate and location was fab. The standard twin room was original and original. The breakfast was more than adequate, I loved plenty of food they served. A tidy beach, stunning view.

The best position, panoramic views. Very modern design of interiors in double room. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. A wide range of options for above average breakfast. The hotel was near the heart of Bala. Easy check-in and efficient service.

Lovely interiors and great breakfast. The bathroom looks large. Good food in the restaurants such as Star Kebab House, located 15 min away.

Would love to come back here some time when in Bala, it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was nice in combination with HELPFUL staff. We booked family room and really loved it.

Local bar nearby was a plus. Honestly no complaints.

I recommend you to eat at New China, that is set 300 metres away. It was a big advantage to stay within 10 minutes' stroll from llyn tegid. Nothing bothered me with the hotel.
