Staff were accurate and location was fab. The standard twin room was original and original. The breakfast was more than adequate, I loved plenty of food they served. A tidy beach, stunning view.

The best position, panoramic views. Very modern design of interiors in double room. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. A wide range of options for above average breakfast. The hotel was near the heart of Bala. Easy check-in and efficient service.

Would love to come back here some time when in Bala, it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was nice in combination with HELPFUL staff. We booked family room and really loved it.

I recommend you to eat at New China, that is set 300 metres away. It was a big advantage to stay within 10 minutes' stroll from llyn tegid. Nothing bothered me with the hotel.
